This page is a bit off the subject but our guests always have questions about my mode of transportation.  This machine is a Segway and I use it as a "mobility device".  Multiple sclerosis has slowed me down and made walking a bit challenging.  A regular wheelchair has some limitations especially in a country setting that this two-wheeled self-balancing machine overcomes nicely.  I retrofitted it with a seat and motorcycle tires for better traction to increase its utility to me.  I use it for shopping, walking my dog, herding llamas and showing guests to their rooms.  And yes, it is just as much fun as it looks!
